Becky has painted professionally since completing her fine art degree at Cheltenham and Gloucester College in 1994. She has exhibited in New Zealand, Australia, France and the UK as well as taking on corporate commissions including Pizza Express and Toyota LA.

Whether her subject matter is figurative or abstract, her focus is a playful approach to colour, line and shape, combined with a decorative element. There is a dreamy, whimsical quality to her work inspired by the memories of countries she has explored. Layers of colour create depth, while line and motifs are used as a loose narrative.  Travel is Becky’s other passion. She also spends extended periods in Australia, painting and exhibiting then returning to Brighton.
